This leadership development process will focus on building your leadership team's capabilities. The base process features the following for each leader:
- Assessments, including: Leader Capabilities Inventory 360 (LCI) and the Task Competence and Engagement (TACE) leadership styles self-assessment
- Feedback coaching: 90-minute virtual feedback coaching session with an LRI-certified coach, 60-minute "Take Action!" planning process following soon after, and a 6-month follow-up 360-degree feedback process with 60-minute virtual feedback coaching session with coach
