LRI's "Research Consult" services target the needs of "people" professionals conducting surveys and related research activities within organizations. LRI can provide support and guidance at critical points in the survey process, maximizing the benefits of doing surveys internally while managing the risks.
The research consult process is simple and begins with you selecting and purchasing the kind of survey consult needed (see below for descriptions of the different services). Once purchased, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your virtual session with an LRI research consultant. In addition, you will be asked to complete a short intake form to outline what your specific needs are (and providing a way for you to upload any relevant documents that will be reviewed by the LRI research consultant prior to the session). The final step is to participate in the session which can be up to 60 minutes.
Though topics discussed can vary across the spectrum of leadership and organizational research, sessions typically focus on one of the following general areas:
- Engagement Surveys
- 360-degree Feedback Surveys
- Impact Research
Though sessions vary based on specific needs, they typically follow the following format:
- Overview of the topics to be discussed and prioritization of topics
- Summary of context relevant to each topic discussed
- Advice and counsel from LRI consultant
- General discussion of how to apply advice and counsel to existing project
