Be.Transformed services target the development of leaders and their teams. Through its experience with larger scale leadership development initiatives in exceptional clients, LRI has developed these smaller scale initiatives to have a measurable impact on leaders and their teams, while also providing clients a unique opportunity to experience LRI's approach to developing leaders and organizations.

Be.Capable

A development experience for leaders designed to increase their leadership capabilities. The base process consists of two assessments (the LCI 360 and the TACE self-assessment) plus 3.5 hours of one-on-one feedback coaching over 6 months. Optional services include an aggregate Team Analysis and a Leadership Team Effectiveness survey (on up to 100 employees).

Be.Credible

A development experience for leaders designed to increase their leadership credibility. The base process consists of two assessments (the Core Credibility 360 and the EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment) plus 3.5 hours of one-on-one feedback coaching over 6 months. Optional services include an aggregate Team Analysis and a Leadership Team Effectiveness survey (on up to 100 employees). 

Be.Engaged

A development experience for leaders designed to increase their engagement. The base process consists of two assessments (the Capacity to Engage self-assessment (C2E) and the Hogan MVPI self-assessment) plus 3.5 hours of one-on-one feedback coaching over 6 months. Optional services include an aggregate Team Analysis and a Leadership Team Effectiveness survey (on up to 100 employees).
